Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS) offers an alternative approach to traditional drainage. The use of SUDS to reduce levels of diffuse pollution and flooding is rapidly becoming more widespread in the UK and the Hydrok SUDS portfolio offers products for control of water flow, quality and flood management within the urban water networks. HydroSlide Rivers

The HydroSlide range of flow regulators are frequently used in the control of flows from rivers, streams and attenuation dam structures. As a variable orifice control, it will control flows to the desired pass forward flow rate (PFF) throughout the head range. This optimises downstream capacity and minimises upstream attenuation volumes.

The Hydrok/Atac Hybrid Submerged Aerated Filter (HY-SAF) offers a power efficient, robust, small footprint biological wastewater treatment solution individually designed to achieve the final effluent consent standard required.

Hydrok, in association with Setfords Consultants, have secured the rights for the UK distribution of the Microdyn Nadir BIO-CEL Membrane Bio Reactors to add to the portfolio of Wastewater Treatment Processes.

Established in 1996, Hydrok has extensive experience and track record of working with all the major Water Utility companies throughout the UK and Ireland. Head office and the main manufacturing base is in Cornwall, with additional satellite 'service and installation' depots throughout the country in the areas where we operate.

The experienced in-house design teams are available to help identify and discuss the requirement and, should any of our standard products not be perfect for the job, our in-house manufacturing facility enables us to produce bespoke designs and products to suit the need.

Hydrok are the exclusive UK distributor for a number of leading European specialist manufacturers within the Water Industry including Steinhardt GmbH and Passavant-Geiger GmbH within 'Water Management Systems'. In the 'Water Treatment Processes' industry Hydrok are the exclusive UK distributor for Aquaconsult Anlagenbau GmbH, a subsidiary of Sanki Engineering Co. Ltd, for their Fine Bubble Aeration products; and Cleartec GmbH for their Fixed Bed Media. This has lead to the development of the Hydrok IFAS system, a new combined approach for the Wastewater Treatment Process, in a drive to reduce operational costs and increase greater energy efficiencies.
